I got game banned on Rust what happened was i got banned from a server bc someone i met on the server was cheating and i teamed with him not knowing he was cheating he got me and a few other people banned he told us that he just had a bunch of hours but after we completely stopped talking to him he got us banned on a server I played alot so i got on my girlfriends account not thinking it was against any rules since it wasnt my fault i got banned. I have a video bc my friend told me I could start recording bc we kept getting killed by these guys that seemed like they were cheating so for proof of the fight i was trying to catch our neighbors cheating off that video its proof i wasnt cheating at all.

I got game banned for playing my girlfriends account on the server I was banned on my account bc of the teammate I decided to play with that told me they had a bunch of hours into the game so I thought he was just really good I have a video the night before i got game banned so I can prove I was not cheating at all. please ungame ban me this is the only game I actually enjoy after playing for 2 years! I've spent so much money into this game and I have made so many friends threw this game please help!!l Ill do anything to prove I didnt do anything wrong here is a video of me playing the night before I got game banned please unban me i have over 3000 hours and 100s of dollars worth of skins!

My name is Edvin. A couple days ago when I tried to join my usual server I play on I was greeted with something unusual "Disconnected Steam auth: game banned".

I am very confused as to why this has occurred. It must be some type of mistake because I have never in my entire life cheated in rust. My suspicions are that a hacker who hijacked my account about three days ago did something to my account that got me banned. The cheater in that case went by the name of "Sheisty" on my account so if you can find any reports from that tag, that was not me.

I don't have evidence of the fact that the hacker cheated on my account or if EAC did something wrong here, but I have now gotten my account back anyways, password changed, email reverted and all of that good stuff, so I honestly do not see a reason not to unban me this point.

You see I was hanging around on my base, and then I got killed by an 8-man full of *** *** white boys with bolties on a weekly server and I got pissed and yelled a couple racial slurs at them, so they left, and after I picked my *** up off my body I got off and once I got back on 4hrs later and saw that i died by a boar so i looked at my location of death and i was smack dot right in the middle of my base so i was assuming it must be a bug but what pissed me off the most is that i had an m2 on my body when i logged off that i worked really hard for the whole wipe and i was going to let you know that i died by and boar while i was on my helipad and would really like to get it back.

Ive gotten banned on Rust for an illegitimate reason. Ive appealed multiple times and keep getting the same automated email back instead of actual customer support.

Ive spent hundreds of dollars on this game and am not able to trade/sell my inventory to get my money back or get my account back. FacePunch Studios has access to the data in regards to my ban and can clearly see I have not violated any terms of usage and they refuse to be of any help.

Legal action to get my money back may not be worth the money nor time, but at this point it is about principle. I just want to talk to someone who can actually help.

Im well, a bit new to rust. But i noticed that there are so many fake numbers on rust servers.

And i think this is something that needs to be fixed. And dont rly think thats a hard problem to fix, but again im no coder. So i dont have a clue... The game overall is amazing, im addicted as nothing els iv ever played.

But the fact that people can twist their numbers and ping, which iv never seen in another game, that just makes it kinda hard. Cause you invest alot of time into this game, and to then find out after a day, that the server you are playing on has 40-50 players instead of 240 as it says. its just disappointing tbh. And you have to find a new server.

If people could see the real server amont, that would be great.

and the real ping. Please fix this and i feel your game is perfect.
